          "text": "<p>The Program Support Specialist will assist with facilitating EARN/Work Ready programs, providing necessary supports and coverage at the various EARN/ Work Ready locations. This position will help participants access supports needed to achieve established goals. The Program Support Specialist will also work with participants in computer labs and classrooms to ensure program objectives are met.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Duties will also include but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with the facilitation of program operations and activity coordination, including setup and implementation, orientation, etc. and support staff, participants, work activity sites, and other stakeholders to ensure program goals and objectives are met.</li><li>Implement necessary educational, behavioral, and/or developmental supports, including any identified assistive technology, as needed to promote activity engagement and transition to employment.</li><li>Report overall program status and progress per established guidelines and timeframes, including time and attendance, goal plans, etc. needed to achieve the participant’s and program’s established goals.</li><li>Assist as needed with various training activities including orientation and job readiness activities from intake to exit, including completion of required documentation.</li></ul><p><strong>External Hiring Range</strong>: $36,036.00 up to $37,477.44/year</p><p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.). Some evenings and weekends may be required. Schedule can vary depending on department needs.</p><p><strong>Travel:</strong>&#xa0;Local travel may be required.</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong>:</p>",
