Summer 2026 Intern - Analyst, Endpoint Management How does the role impact the organization? Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Services, this intern role supports Financial Advisor (FA) onboarding. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writing Intern to support our technology team in creating, updating, and maintaining clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. What will your role be responsible for? Coordinate onboarding activities across Digital Workplace, IAM, Telecom, Service Desk, and Security teams Tracking onboarding dependencies and readiness blockers Create and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, system documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles Collaborate with IT teams to gather requirements and translate technical concepts into clear written content Review and improve existing documentation for clarity and consistency Support documentation for projects such as system implementations and disaster recovery playbooks Organize and maintain documentation repositories (SharePoint or similar tools) Develop diagrams and visual aids where applicable Contribute to documentation standards and best practices Perform other duties as assigned.
