Your responsibilities encompass strategic test planning, scoping testing strategies, estimating efforts and durations, and<span> </span></span><span>determining</span><span><span> </span>resource and environment requirements. Leading a team of test analysts, you will supervise their workload, ensuring the<span> </span></span><span>timely</span><span><span> </span>delivery of test deliverables that meet internal and client-defined quality standards. Your hands-on testing involvement will span end-to-end delivery phases, from planning to execution, contributing to the overall success of Gentrack and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will serve as a positive influence for technical best practices within the team and provide guidance and mentorship to team experience.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong experience and knowledge of software testing lifecycle with Agile, Waterfall, and mixed methodologies.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proficiency</span><span><span> </span>in testing management tools such as Enterprise Test, Team Foundation Server, HPQC, Selenium, SOAPUI, Jenkins, Gherkin, and JIRA.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Good working knowledge of relevant technologies and concepts, including Object-Oriented Design, Enterprise Database, AWS, Java or<span> </span></span><span>.Net</span><span><span> </span>experience, GIT, Web Services, CRM, and Utilities
