This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with OSHA and applicable regulations while driving a proactive, site-wide safety culture.</p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Develop and enforce safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance</p></li>\n <li><p>Lead and mentor site Safety Managers and personnel</p></li>\n <li><p>Review subcontractor safety plans and Job Hazard Analyses</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct site audits, inspections, and safety evaluations</p></li>\n <li><p>Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure subcontractor training and documentation compliance</p></li>\n <li><p>Promote a strong, proactive safety culture across the project</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><h2>Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>10+ years of Construction Health & Safety experience</p></li>\n   <li><p>CHST certification required</p></li>\n   <li><p>Strong knowledge of OSHA and construction safety regulations</p></li>\n   <li><p>Proven leadership experience in large-scale construction environments</p></li>\n   <li><p>Excellent communication and organizational skills</p></li>\n  </ul><h2>Physical Requirements</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Ability to work on-site in industrial construction conditions</p></li>\n   <li><p>Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs</p></li>\n   <li><p>Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>HazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
