Patient Population/Diagnoses: Level 1 Trauma Services. Orthopedics, Orthopedic trauma, Neurosurgery Brain & spine, Cardiovascular, Peripheral Vascular, General Surgery, Ears Nose and Throat, Gynecology, plastic surgery, Thoracic, and Urology Number of Beds 29 OR’s and 2 are hybrid and 1 IMRIS Unit Successes/Designations/National Recognition Magnet Training to scrub and circulate Unit Culture Active and engagement team member lead committees. Interdisciplinary teams working on process improvement. Qualifications Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse. Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
