As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the JBC. You will be expected to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and training staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Essential Functions</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of JBC</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Manage and train staff</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintain inventory</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Weekly Par check and order review</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Monthly inventory preparation and lead count</p><p><br></p><p>Internal Relationships</p><p>Reports to General Manager</p><p><br></p><p>External Relationships</p><p>Has regular contact with Members and Guests. Strong relationships with vendors and partners</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications and Education/Experience Requirements</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Strong organizational and time management skills</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>High school diploma or equivalent</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Bachelor&#39;s degree in hospitality management or related field</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience with inventory management software</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience with scheduling software</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience with budget management</p><p><br></p><p>Physical Requirements</p><p>Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
