What You Bring 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within fire alarm, security, building systems, electrical, or technical sales environments. Proven ability to hit the ground running, develop new business quickly, and grow existing customer relationships Experience or familiarity with fire alarm systems, inspections, monitoring, and life safety services Knowledge of major manufacturers including Siemens, Mircom, Simplex, Edwards, Notifier, and Autocall  is considered a strong asset Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills , with the ability to understand customer operations and recommend practical solutions Ability to manage a sales pipeline , prioritize opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM activity Comfortable working independently within a territory-based role while collaborating with engineering, service, and technical teams Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented in a fast-moving sales environment Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Bilingual English/French is considered an asset. Travel & Territory Regular travel  throughout Kamloops, the Thompson-Okanagan region, Prince George, Williams Lake, and surrounding BC areas.
