Maintenance Technician II Needed at Richman Property Services, Inc.! Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven, team-oriented, full-time Maintenance Technician II with a can-do attitude to join our growing Maintenance Team! Position: Maintenance Technician II Location: Fieldpointe Our 252 unit residential community located in Frederick, MD. Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Key Qualifications: EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred On Call rotation Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, appliance repairs, etc. About Us: At Richman Property Services, Inc., we strive to provide high-quality apartment communities that our residents are proud to call home. We prioritize exceptional customer service and create secure, welcoming environments for our residents. Responsibilities: Execute and sustain daily repair and upkeep of the property Preparation of vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines Manage service requests and response times, ensuring completion within established deadlines while warranting responsive, efficient, and courteous customer service Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Always maintain a safe work environment and report any safety concerns/issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager Uphold and demonstrate exceptional customer service Seek educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development Participate in on-going property preventative maintenance plan Assist in team effort of maintaining curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and grounds Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner Communicate adequate inventory of maintenance supplies and parts Requirements: Education: High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Skills & Certifications : EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred Valid Driver's License required Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes Benefits: Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package Quarterly Increase Opportunities Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer match of $0.50 for every $1.00 up to 6% Opportunities for student loan repayments and tuition reimbursement Paid sick time, vacation time, and opportunities for career advancement Join Our Team: If you're seeking a rewarding career opportunity with one of the top Property Management organizations in the country, we want to hear from you!
