Veterans are encouraged to apply! </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Structure Project Manager Role:</span></p>\n<p><span>The Project Manager reports to the site Branch Manager. The Project Manager manages all pre-construction activities for successful project roll-out: file review with Estimator, budgets job in a timely manner, orders materials, project plan the job (scheduling trades), line up subcontractors, and send in production approval form to COO.  After production approval, the Project Manager reviews the file and turns file over to the Superintendent. The Project Manager assumes primary responsibility for profit/loss on assigned projects. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the Estimator, Superintendent, and Team Coordinator.  The Project Manager develops and maintains successful relationships with insurance agents, adjustors, homeowners, and vendors. Ensure all project personnel are operating a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and  Apex Restoration DKI policy and procedures. Work with Team Coordinator to collect all monies owed.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Accountabilities:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Project management experience, preferably in the residential restoration industry</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Be trained in and use PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Obtain Construction Training certification</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Obtain Xactimate Level 1 certification</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Read and understand Matterport</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Knowledge of insurance claim procedures, standards and guidelines</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Exceptional skills in communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, time management, conflict resolution, and cost management</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Manage multiple projects simultaneously</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Utilize knowledge of ordering materials, budgeting jobs, and achieve profit margins</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Utilize the latest server and cloud based computer technology including: Xactimate estimating software, Microsoft Office, PSA project management/accounting software and document management software</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Must actively practice leadership abilities</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Must consistently strive to learn, implement, and maintain strong understanding of construction operations and procedures</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Foster positive relationships with team members, clients, subcontractors, and vendors</span></li>\n<li><br><span>May work 48+ hours per week</span></li>\n<li><br><span>May be on call during catastrophic events</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Perform other responsibilities as required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Previous construction experience required, restoration experience prefferred</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Experience with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate a plus</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Level 1 certification in Xactimate or willingness to obtain</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to enter confined spaces, climb on roofs, and lift up to 75 lbs</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Valid Driver’s License &amp; eligibility to work in the United States</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to pass a background check and drug screen</span></li>\n<li><br><span>No felony convictions</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Compensation:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary $55k - $65k, depending on experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Eligible for commission plan after 90 days and favorable review, possible earnings of 50% to 100% of your base salary</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Health/ Vision/ Dental/ Aflac</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Paid Time Off</span></li>\n<li><br><span>8 Paid Holidays</span><br><br></li>\n<li><br><span>Company laptop provided</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Cell phone reimbursement</span></li>\n</ul>",
