Who we’re looking for Main goal: Ensure fast and effective resolution of customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction and delivering actionable user feedback to the product team. Responsibilities: Handle and resolve all customers’ complaints and requests mostly in emails; Analyse and assess customers’ needs; Deliver information about benefits of the products to turn potential customers into paid ones.
