    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>THIS IS A NIGHT-SHIFT POSITION (4pm - 2am)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This non-exempt position performs maintenance on quarry plants.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Welding, repair and fabrication on rock crushing equipment associated with a quarry operation..</li>\n <li>Performing other related duties as assigned or requested</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong>Frequently requires the ability to sit, talk and hear. Frequently requires the ability to stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch. Frequently requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.Requires following specific types of vision: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.<strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong>Work environment - field settings. Conditions may include all or some of the following: moderate noise level to high noise levels, exposure to mechanical parts, high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions and vibration, wet and/or humid (non-weather) conditions, high/precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic/caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, risk of electrical shock, work with explosives and vibration.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>Hourly Range:</strong>• $22.00 - $27.00 based on experience. \n<em>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential </em>\n<em>functions.</em> \n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess 3-5 years of related experience, but does not have to be industry specific.</li>\n <li>Welding certification is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Our Company Does Work That Matters</strong></p>\n<p>Allan Myers is the largest heavy civil construction and materials production contractor in the mid-Atlantic.
