Our flexible and inclusive work culture provides you with the autonomy, resources, and opportunities to succeed. </p>\n<h2>Position Description</h2>\n<p>We are looking to hire three (3) talented and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our global team, working remotely on a contract basis, and supporting varied enterprise client projects.  This position will initially support a cutting-edge technology client with their product build.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and govern scalable Salesforce architectures aligned to client business objectives </li>\n <li>Lead modernization and transformation initiatives including Lightning migration, automation refactoring, and legacy optimization </li>\n <li>Establish Apex enterprise design standards and automation architecture guardrails </li>\n <li>Design robust object models considering business processes, security models, reporting, and integrations </li>\n <li>Architect integration strategies using APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns, and secure authentication models </li>\n <li>Provide architectural input across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Platform) and related ecosystem solutions </li>\n <li>Evaluate and incorporate emerging Salesforce capabilities such as AI-powered features, Data Cloud, and automation intelligence where appropriate </li>\n <li>Conduct architecture reviews and enforce development best practices </li>\n <li>Support estimation activities and provide architectural input into solution planning and delivery models </li>\n <li>Provide production readiness oversight, including deployment governance and risk mitigation </li>\n <li>Partner with stakeholders to align modernization strategy with long-term platform evolution </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Workplace:  </strong>Remote contract position based in the US.  Candidates must be flexible to work hours supporting clients in PST, EST, AND CST timezones.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Must Have Skills:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>8–12+ years Salesforce platform experience </li>\n <li>4+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role </li>\n <li>Strong expertise in Apex enterprise patterns and scalable automation design </li>\n <li>Deep understanding of object modeling, sharing models, security architecture, and integration patterns </li>\n <li>Experience operating in complex, highly customized Salesforce orgs </li>\n <li>Experience leading architectural decision-making across development teams </li>\n <li>Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills </li>\n <li>Ability to adapt architecture strategy across multiple Salesforce clouds and evolving platform capabilities </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Platform, Data Cloud) </li>\n <li>Familiarity with AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities (Einstein, Agentforce, generative AI use cases) </li>\n <li>Experience in integration-heavy enterprise ecosystems </li>\n <li>Salesforce Application or System Architect certification (CTA preferred but not required) </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Professional Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong team and individual player</li>\n <li>Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature</li>\n <li>High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results</li>\n <li>Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention</li>\n <li>Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Bridgenext is an Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>US citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-CG1</p>\n<p>#LI-REMOTE</p>\n<p> </p>",
