    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Integrity is actively recruiting a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Financial Analyst</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span>to join our expanding team.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and compliance across multiple business entities, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and the timely completion of reconciliations and reporting processes. The position coordinates key financial functions including month-end reporting, intercompany transactions, billing reconciliation, accounts receivable monitoring, and banking and covenant reporting. The role also supports transfer pricing, customer rebate administration, regulatory reporting, and year-end audit preparation while collaborating with internal teams to maintain strong financial controls and reporting accuracy.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We offer competitive wages, compensation for travel, health and dental benefits, a company-matched pension plan, performance based bonuses, an employee reward and recognition program, as well as many other means of employee appreciation throughout the year.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate monthly financial reporting and analysis for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy of financial results and supporting management decision-making.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Review and reconcile key balance sheet and income statement accounts to maintain the integrity of financial records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee reconciliation of work-in-progress (WIP), progressed billings, and sales invoices to ensure accurate revenue reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage intercompany transactions and loan reconciliations within the ERP system to ensure proper financial alignment across entities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor and manager Accounts Receivable, the EDC program, corporate insurance program and support customer financial risk assessments and credit analysis as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate PPAP job tracking and final invoicing processes in collaboration with project managers and operational teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and submit financial reporting packages and covenant compliance documentation for banking partners.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support transfer pricing compliance by coordinating internal approvals, reviewing calculations, and administering related management fee invoicing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with year-end financial processes including audit preparation, labour rate analysis, capital asset reconciliation, and WIP reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Administer customer rebate programs, government statistical reporting, and equipment lease tracking to ensure compliance and accurate financial treatment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Post-secondary education in accounting/finance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience in a finance-related position</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience utilizing accounting softwares - NetSuite experience an asset, but not required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficient in Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong work ethic</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication and organizational skills</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Company Overview:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Integrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000.
