You'll be designing and implementing backend services that orchestrate complex AI workflows for some of the largest and most prominent organizations in the world. You don't need to be an AI expert already – what matters most is solid engineering thinking, curiosity, and the ability to design clean, reliable systems that solve hard real-world problems.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Main Responsibilities:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Design and build robust backend services that orchestrate Knowledge Graphs, LLMs, and custom ML models</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Implement scalable APIs and integration layers that connect AI components with enterprise systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop retrieval and context architectures, including RAG and GraphRAG patterns</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to the design of distributed, production-grade systems for demanding enterprise workloads</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Help shape how Knowledge Graphs interplay with modern AI in real-world deployments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with ML engineers, data engineers, and solution architects to deliver end-to-end functionality</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to solve complex information challenges</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Explore and adopt modern AI, NLP, and backend engineering technologies<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Must-haves:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong software engineering fundamentals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Professional experience with Java and Spring Boot or similar Java backend frameworks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience designing and building backend systems, services, and APIs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Solid understanding of good software design practices and distributed systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with Git, CI/CD, and collaborative engineering practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication skills in English</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Curiosity and willingness to learn new domains and technologies<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Nice-to-haves:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Cloud platforms, containerization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience integrating LLMs or ML models into production backend systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with modern AI concepts such as: LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, (Graph)RAG implementations</span></li>\n</ul>",
