    "description": "<p><strong>Summary/Objective:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting senior leadership in a FullSpeed Automotive facility to ensure it delivers the highest operational standards and offers excellent customer experience. Searching for a customer focused associate with experience in customer facing, sales or development roles. This role will primarily focus on the guest experience and includes onsite automotive, technical and safety training and certifications. This role focuses on handeling customer reccomendations, team leadership, safety compliance and checks, handeling customer concerns, cash handeling and store operations.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>The Assistant Manager aids in ensuring customer service expectations are met, meeting sales goals, controlling costs, and managing profitability. They also ensure that the Center team members are trained and technically proficient, while maintaining workplace safety, maintenance standards and assistance in building a culture of teamwork and customer service.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Preferably at least 1 full year in Retail Leadership and in leading and training people.</li>\r\n\t<li>Preferably atleast 1 year in customer service roles and engaging in customer assurance</li>\r\n\t<li>Engage customers by building relationships that make them feel like guests in our location.</li>\r\n\t<li>Attract and manage local fleet businesses, while taking care of our local customers.</li>\r\n\t<li>Meet or exceed sales goals daily by completing accurate vehicle health checks and using FSA tool systems provided for every customer.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to complete computerized work schedules, performance plans, opening and closing procedures with ease</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist in overseeing daily operations, service bay organization, store readiness and inventory management.</li>\r\n\t<li>Acts a go getter by delivering results but always wanting to do more for the customer and your team.</li>\r\n\t<li>Proficient in technology and capable of using our computer systems.&nbsp;</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Pit Crew Certified (internal candidates)</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent communication skills that are professional and respectful to meet the needs of customer and team members interactions</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong logical thinking, business acumen skill set and mathematical common sense.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience with honesty, humility and integrity.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Ability to adapt to the constantly changing demands of the automotive service industry, flexibility to meet the customers&rsquo; needs.</li>\r\n\t<li>Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure and hazard-free workplace, including compliance with OSHA standards and conducting regular safety inspections.
