          "text": "<p>You’ll&#xa0;own&#xa0;building and scaling Vuori’s Talent Practices,&#xa0;shaping how leaders and&#xa0;People &amp; Culture&#xa0;Business Partners&#xa0;across Vuori assess,&#xa0;develop, and plan for talent.&#xa0;Reporting to the Sr.&#xa0;Director, Learning&#xa0;&amp;&#xa0;Development (L&amp;D),&#xa0;you’ll&#xa0;be the first in a role of its kind at Vuori&#xa0;-&#xa0;bringing a creative,&#xa0;builder&#xa0;mindset to&#xa0;initiate&#xa0;our Talent Management journey.&#xa0;You’ll&#xa0;design simple, easy-to-use talent assessments&#xa0;and&#xa0;succession planning&#xa0;tools&#xa0;while reimagining existing processes along the way to ensure a strong pipeline of talent to meet our&#xa0;ambitious&#xa0;strategic growth&#xa0;plans.&#xa0;You’ll&#xa0;serve as a trusted thought partner to People &amp; Culture leaders and stakeholders, translating business priorities and workforce insights into clear talent strategies and scalable programs.&#xa0;You’ll&#xa0;balance strategy with execution of&#xa0;core talent moments (engagement&#xa0;surveys, talent reviews, and performance cycles), driving&#xa0;cross-functional alignment, and proactively&#xa0;identifying&#xa0;opportunities to simplify, standardize, and raise the quality of leader and employee experiences. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on,&#xa0;comfortable influencing senior leaders&#xa0;and partners, clarifying decision rights, and&#xa0;executing&#xa0;high-impact programs that strengthen&#xa0;talent&#xa0;capability in a fast-growing environment.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What you'll get to do:</strong></p><ul><li>Own the strategy and operating model for Vuori’s core talent processes&#xa0;(talent reviews/assessment, succession planning, engagement&#xa0;surveys, and performance cycles), aligning annual&#xa0;processes&#xa0;to business&#xa0;rhythms,&#xa0;priorities&#xa0;and People &amp; Culture philosophies – ensuring outcomes&#xa0;translate into actionable development and hiring plans.&#xa0;</li><li>Program-manage high-visibility&#xa0;talent practices&#xa0;with executional&#xa0;rigor—&#xa0;developing strong&#xa0;project plans, stakeholder alignment, and communications—to deliver on-time, consistent&#xa0;and simple&#xa0;leader&#xa0;and employee experiences with minimal oversight.&#xa0;This includes:&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Create,&#xa0;refine&#xa0;and&#xa0;drive&#xa0;talent assessment and review processes,&#xa0;partnering&#xa0;with&#xa0;People &amp; Culture&#xa0;Business Partners and&#xa0;senior leaders&#xa0;to review, spotlight&#xa0;and develop&#xa0;critical talent scaling the process over time while&#xa0;maintaining&#xa0;simplicity and&#xa0;strong talent insights as guiding principles.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Execution of performance review cycles across HQ and Retail in partnership with Total Rewards,&#xa0;People &amp; Culture&#xa0;Business Partners, and L&amp;D, including process design, documentation, manager enablement, change management, and continuous improvement. Ensure core leadership philosophies and values and competencies are embedded into the flow of talent rhythms.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Leading employee engagement survey strategy and lifecycle across HQ and Retail: partner with&#xa0;People &amp; Culture Business Partners and Generalists and the&#xa0;survey vendor&#xa0;to&#xa0;drive communications and leader engagement, increase participation through creative campaigns, translate insights into themes and action plans, and&#xa0;establish&#xa0;simple rhythms to sustain follow-through&#xa0;by leaders. Evaluate&#xa0;additional&#xa0;listening mechanisms&#xa0;and cycles&#xa0;as needed.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Design and scale leader-facing resources and enablement&#xa0;– toolkits, guides,&#xa0;etc. –&#xa0;that strengthen talent conversations and reinforce Vuori’s leadership philosophies and competencies.&#xa0;</li><li>Design and&#xa0;facilitate&#xa0;(virtual and in-person) targeted working sessions, manager enablement sessions, and program touchpoints that build capability and confidence in Vuori talent practices.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Own measurement and continuous improvement&#xa0;of programs&#xa0;through feedback loops,&#xa0;synthesizing insights&#xa0;and&#xa0;simplifying&#xa0;tools&#xa0;to&#xa0;achieve outcomes of honest,&#xa0;transparent assessments&#xa0;that help us understand and develop our talent.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
