We are seeking to hire a full-time Resident Experience Specialist for our apartment communities that make up The Fields; Turing, Graham, and Gideon located in Milpitas, CA.</p><p><br></p><p>This position will build relationships with residents and businesses within the community, assist with resident retention and increase service levels at the community. Shifts to include afternoon through evening hours.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate and maintain the rooftop Beer Garden.</li><li>Adhere to Beer Garden protocols (ID check, wristband compliance, etc.)</li><li>Assist with resident concerns and issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with community outreach and community partnerships.</li><li>Organize, implement and participate in all onsite and offsite resident functions, including but not limited to breakfasts, holiday events, community gatherings/activities, fitness programs/classes, etc.</li><li>Build and manage relationships with local businesses and vendor partners.</li><li>Create and design flyers, e-blasts (using E-Blast application) and any other promotional materials needed.</li><li>Plan events within monthly budget.</li><li>Increase awareness and maintain all social media sites.</li><li>Provide feedback to the Director of Property Operations, Property Manager, and Marketing team of upcoming social events and update once the events have taken place.</li><li>Update current property website and community boards with upcoming events.</li><li>Maintain sensibility of market presence and community value.</li><li>Persistently seek to create team and resident experiences.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Experience/Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to demonstrate a commitment to the Company Mission.</li><li>Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with Employees and vendors.</li><li>Must be outgoing and assertive.</li><li>Great communication, organization and networking skills.</li><li>Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Picture Manager.</li></ul><p><strong>Send your resume to [email protected]</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>This position requires attendance at offsite meetings, visits to other Company operated locations, purchase of goods from offsite vendors and other tasks away from a single assigned location.
