About the Role We're looking for a sharp, strategic Senior Manager of B2B Marketing to own and scale ShopMy's B2B marketing function. This is not a pure demand generation role — it's a true B2B marketer position for someone who has run (or been a key leader in) a B2B marketing org and knows how to use thought leadership, content, and education alongside pipeline programs to drive both acquisition and long-term retention. We've proven high-touch channels like our invite-only Supper Club events generate real deals, launched our first B2B paid ads, and are starting to develop white papers to position ourselves as leaders in the performance marketing space. Now we need someone who can architect the full demand gen motion— and then evolve and build out a full B2B marketing function- including the brand lifecycle, education, and upselling support for our Customer Success team. The right person is comfortable starting as an IC, moving fast to establish pipeline infrastructure, and then expanding their scope and eventually building a small team underneath them. This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded B2B marketer who wants to own an entire function at a fast-growing, category-defining company. Your Impact Own the demand gen strategy end-to-end — from channel mix and content to lead scoring, nurture, and pipeline reporting Build a repeatable, measurable pipeline of qualified brand leads for our Brand Growth AE team to close Define and own MQL targets; work directly with sales to align on lead quality, handoff SLAs, and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce Build the digital layer around ShopMy's high-touch events (Supper Clubs, dinners, roundtables) to extend their shelf life and capture intent Develop a thought leadership strategy that drives both demand generation and long-term brand retention Partner with Customer Success to support upselling efforts — building marketing programs that help CSMs expand brand accounts Build ABM programs for our highest-priority ICP segments — from indie beauty brands to enterprise retailers You Are Energized By Building a B2B marketing function that goes beyond demand gen — you've used thought leadership, education, and content to drive both pipeline and retention Working in tight lockstep with both a sales team and a customer success team — you understand acquisition and expansion motions equally The creator economy and the unique value ShopMy delivers to brand partners seeking authentic, measurable ROI A startup environment where speed, scrappiness, and first-principles thinking are valued over process for its own sake What We're Looking For 7-9 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS, marketplace, or platform company — demand gen background is valuable, but we're looking for someone who has operated across the full B2B marketing mix Thought leadership & content chops — you've used content, education, and brand storytelling to drive demand and retention, not just paid ads and outbound Proven ownership of pipeline metrics — MQLs, opportunities created, and revenue influenced Salesforce fluency — for pipeline reporting, campaign attribution, and lead routing Experience collaborating closely with both Sales and Customer Success — you understand both acquisition and expansion/upsell motions Strong cross-functional communicator — can translate marketing needs into clear requirements for ops, sales, and leadership Bonus Points Experience marketing to brand advertisers, retail buyers, or agency decision-makers Background in lifecycle or retention marketing for B2B audiences (email, education programs, in-product) Background in affiliate, creator, or influencer marketing technology Prior experience building pipeline programs with long (3+ month) sales cycles The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation.
