    "description": "<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p>The Senior Project Manager – Civil Services plays a key leadership role within the Field Services Division, overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a wide range of civil construction and field service projects. This position is responsible for managing projects from initial customer engagement and estimating through completion, while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a motivated and experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to building strong customer relationships, supporting operational excellence, and driving continued growth within the division. This role works closely with customers, field leadership, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate personnel, equipment, schedules, and resources necessary for successful project execution.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition to project oversight, the Senior Project Manager will support business development efforts by assisting with estimates, proposals, budgeting, and project planning to help secure future work opportunities. This individual will be expected to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiencies, and long-term customer support while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Successful candidates will possess strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
