Our <strong>Barbacks</strong> are dedicated professionals that offer the highest level of support for our guests and bartenders in the back bar.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Barbacks earn $20 per hour</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Duties include, but are not limited to the following:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Supporting bartenders with supplies and cleanliness essential for back bar operations</li><li>Assist with clearing plates, silverware, and glassware</li><li>Stocking the back bar with beverages and supplies</li><li>Cleaning and maintaining the back bar</li><li>Play a supporting role in closing the back bar</li></ul><p><strong>Skills needed to succeed:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs</li><li>Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><strong>We believe that if we take care of our people, they&rsquo;ll take care of our guests.
