    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Summary </span><br>We’re looking for a Full-Stack Tech Lead to lead delivery across web, mobile, and backend <br>for a fast-moving tech startup. You’ll be hands-on across the stack while guiding architecture, <br>setting engineering standards, and mentoring developers. You’ll also work closely with Product <br>Owners and Project Managers to shape scope, plan releases, and ensure predictable <br>delivery. <br>This role suits someone who can move between React/Next.js (web), React Native (mobile), <br>and .NET Core (backend), while making strong architectural decisions around DDD, modular <br>monolith design, microservices tradeoffs, databases, and system design. </p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities </span></p>\n<p><br>Technical Leadership &amp; Architecture <br>● Own the end-to-end technical direction across web, mobile, and backend. <br>● Drive pragmatic decisions around modular monolith vs microservices (boundaries, <br>integration patterns, consistency tradeoffs). <br>● Apply DDD to create clear domain boundaries (bounded contexts, aggregates, domain <br>events). <br>● Set standards for code quality, testing, API contracts, and documentation across the <br>team. </p>\n<p><br>Delivery &amp; Collaboration with Product <br>● Partner closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to: <br>○ clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and reduce ambiguity <br>○ break epics into deliverable slices and estimate work realistically <br>○ plan sprints/releases and manage dependencies and risks <br>○ balance product speed with technical sustainability (tech debt, refactors, platform <br>work) <br>● Provide engineering input into prioritisation, timelines, and tradeoffs. </p>\n<p><br>Team Leadership &amp; Mentorship <br>● Lead and mentor engineers through pairing, design reviews, code reviews, and <br>coaching. <br>● Build a strong engineering culture around ownership, quality, and continuous <br>improvement. <br>● Support hiring and onboarding as the team grows. <br>Front-End (Web + Mobile) <br>● Lead development of high-quality experiences on web (React/Next.js) and mobile <br>(React Native). <br>● Guide choices around state management, performance, component architecture, and <br>cross-platform consistency. <br>● Ensure UI quality: responsive design, accessibility (web), and mobile UX polish <br>(navigation, device differences). <br>Backend &amp; Data <br>● Own backend design and implementation in .NET Core, including API design and <br>security basics. <br>● Drive database design and performance (schema design, migrations, indexing, query <br>optimisation). <br>● Implement resilient patterns: retries/timeouts, idempotency, background processing, and <br>observability foundations. </p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications </span><br>● Strong full-stack experience shipping production products across frontend + backend <br>(mobile experience required). <br>● Prior experience as a senior engineer/lead with clear ownership of delivery and <br>mentorship. <br>● Strong system design skills and ability to communicate tradeoffs clearly. <br>● Demonstrated architectural competence in: <br>○ DDD (practical application) <br>○ Modular monolith design (clear boundaries, dependency discipline) <br>○ Microservices understanding (when/how to split, data ownership, failure modes) <br>● Solid database fundamentals (relational DB design, migrations, performance tuning). <br>● Strong collaboration skills with Product Owners and Project Managers. <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Technologies </span><br>● Web: React / Next.js, AgnularJS, Vue.js, Svelte, Zustand, Tanstack Query, Cypress, <br>Playwright. <br>● Mobile: React Native, Expo, iOS, Android <br>● Backend: .NET Core, REST, DDD, CQRS, RabbitMQ, NATS,  <br>● Data: Relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL / SQL Server)</p>",
