If you have experience administering medications and have a passion for working with the elderly in a welcoming environment with competitive pay rates, we have the perfect position for you! You will also attend a thorough orientation and training to excel in your role. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Part-time, 6am - 2pm</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>As a Med Tech you will be in charge of:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing assistance to residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking</li>\n <li>Administering medications and injections to residents based on physicians’ orders recorded in medical charts</li>\n <li>Ensuring the cleanliness of the environment which may involve light housekeeping duties</li>\n <li>Comply with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures</li>\n <li>Monitoring for changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicate any changes to the supervisor</li>\n <li>Following schedule, assisting residents with repositioning</li>\n <li>Adhering to procedures regarding documenting of medications accurately</li>\n <li>Utilize good judgment in providing client care and ensuring their safety</li>\n <li>Assisting other team members with their duties as necessary</li>\n <li>Responding to call lights and assess residents’ needs promptly</li>\n <li>Obtain meal trays and assist with eating</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Benefits we can provide you:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>ROOM FOR GROWTH</li>\n <li>Employee Recognition events</li>\n <li>PAID TIME OFF starts day one</li>\n <li>Medical, dental and vision benefits for full time employees (30 hour or more)</li>\n <li>Paid orientation and training</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Requirements we ask of you:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to pass a criminal background check</li>\n <li>Minimum age of 18 years old</li>\n <li>Experience in medication administration and working with seniors</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation</li>\n <li>Availability to work every other weekend is required</li>\n <li><p>Daily Pay, access your pay when you need it</p></li>\n</ul>",
