Delivers professional and excellent guest service ensuring services and amenities provided are of Chumash Casino Resort standards and Gracious Hospitality standards. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Exemplifies high standards of guest service and professionalism at all times.</li>\n <li>Performs multiple and consecutive sessions during a shift and provides multiple body therapies offered in the Spa menu.</li>\n <li>Conducts all treatments according to treatment guidelines and follows draping policy.</li>\n <li>Assesses and accommodates guests’ needs, inquiring about physical well-being, injuries and allergies, and performs appropriate service.</li>\n <li>Delivers exceptional services, clearly communicates client self-care, educates and sells products to guests, and up-sells services to maximize return visits and retail sales.</li>\n <li>Maintains a smooth flow of services for clients booked with multiple therapists. </li>\n <li>Maintains professional relationships with clients and other team members.</li>\n <li>Participates in and contributes to Team Member meetings, training sessions, product knowledge classes and team effort.</li>\n <li>Maintains inventory levels on products and supplies.</li>\n <li>Maintains a clean, organized and safe working environment.</li>\n <li>Abides by all national and state regulations and guidelines for massage therapy.</li>\n <li>Upholds a work environment that promotes teamwork, partnership, recognition, mutual respect, and collaboration while role modeling the company values, behaviors, and culture of One.Team.Chumash.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED Certificate.</li>\n <li>Valid CA State or County Massage License.</li>\n <li>One additional certification in reflexology, prenatal, or deep-tissue massage is required.</li>\n <li>Additional Esthetician license a plus.</li>\n <li>Basic computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, email, and internet.</li>\n <li>Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends.</li>\n <li>Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.</li>\n <li>Native American hiring preference applies.</li>\n <li><strong>Innovation Orientation: </strong>Committing to create and search for new and innovative approaches to activities that enhance performance.</li>\n <li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> Taking responsibility for a thorough and detailed method of working.</li>\n <li><strong>Oral Communication:</strong> Shaping and expressing ideas and information in an effective manner.</li>\n <li><strong>Written Communication:</strong> Expressing ideas and opinions clearly in properly structured, well organized, and grammatically correct reports or documents; utilizing language and terminology that is understandable for the reader.</li>\n <li><strong>Integrity:</strong> Upholding generally accepted social and ethical standards in job-related activities and behaviors.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Location</h2>3400 Highway 246\n<h2>Minimum Pay Rate</h2>$17.16 + tips+commission (Avg. including tips $58.45/hr, avg. commission is 25% of service)\n<h2>Maximum Pay Rate</h2>$17.16 + tips+commission (Avg. including tips $58.45/hr, avg. commission is 25% of service)",
