You will be responsible for developing and maintaining sophisticated automation workflows, integrating AI-driven solutions, and ensuring seamless collaboration between our global departments.</span></h2><p><strong>Part-time:</strong>&#160;20 hours per week (can grow to more hours)<br><strong>Remote:</strong>&#160;Fully remote, CET working hours<br><strong>Engagement Type:</strong>&#160;Independent Contractor<br><b>Monthly Rate:&#160;</b>$800-1100 (based on a 20-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)</p><h3><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do</strong></h3><ul><li>Build and maintain advanced AI automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.</li><li>Connect systems and databases via REST APIs, webhooks, and custom connections.</li><li>Apply AI technologies (LLMs, AI agents) to automate business processes (e.g., Customer Support agents, R&amp;D feedback loops).</li><li>Translate complex business requirements into reliable, structured, and fully documented workflows.</li><li>Manage the transition from MVP builds to robust, production-ready solutions that align with global HQ standards.</li><li>Proactively troubleshoot and continuously improve existing automation pipelines for efficiency and reliability.</li></ul><h3><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For</strong></h3><ul><li><b>3+&#160;years</b> in AI automation, technical integration, or a similar role.</li><li>Proven hands-on experience building workflows and AI agents specifically using <b>n8n</b> and comparable platforms like <b>Make.com</b>.</li><li>Experience building AI chatbots, including setting up and <b>optimizing RAG-based knowledge bases</b> for accurate performance.</li><li>Strong experience working with APIs, webhooks, and databases.</li><li>Deep familiarity with LLMs and the practicalities of integrating them into business workflows.</li><li>Ability to document processes clearly so they can be managed and scaled across global teams.</li><li><b>C</b>lear English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.</li></ul><h3><strong>Recruitment Process</strong></h3><ol><li>Initial Interview</li><li>Client Interview</li><li>Offer &amp; Onboarding</li></ol>",
