About the Role
As a Transportation Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying prospects, understanding their transportation needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
What You’ll Do
Prospecting and cold calling to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients. Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients' transportation requirements. Developing and presenting proposals that address clients' needs and showcase the value of our services. Negotiating contracts and terms of agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets. Collaborating with internal teams, including warehouse operations and logistics, to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services. Maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and industry regulations to inform sales strategies. What You Bring to the Pak
Experience: Proven track record of success in transportation sales or a similar B2B role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred) Skills: Strong understanding of transportation industry dynamics, including freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients at all levels. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. Benefits

Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 Annual Base salary + Uncapped Quarterly Commissions
