We are flexible with anyones schedule however, it is a typically a set schedule. We have a 3-4 day training in-shop before letting any new hire take clients. We want each new stylist to feel the most confident with each customer they greet and style. We have shift leads and shop educators that are always in the shop to help with further education and are available to help. We are a team, and we work off rotation.
