The Custodian will also be responsible for adhering to safety procedures, identifying and reporting safety hazards, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Performs general, routine custodial duties in office and industrial plant.</li><li>Clean and sanitize manufacturing areas, equipment, and tools.</li><li>Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.&nbsp;</li><li>Execute custodial duties such as trash removal and restroom cleaning</li><li>Supplies: Stocking restrooms with soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, and ordering new cleaning supplies as needed</li><li>Collect and dispose of trash and recycling.</li><li>Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers.</li><li>Operate forklift as needed to empty trash receptacles, disposes trash into compactors and/or dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal.</li><li>May assist or perform minor maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs, adjusting furniture, or other similar activities.</li><li>Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.</li><li>Follow safety procedures and report safety hazards to management.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform light maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that all equipment is in good working order.</li><li>Will be required to perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
