    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The position of Multi-Skilled Operator I is responsible for oil and gas well operations, well testing, operating and maintaining field equipment and facilities, surveillance of general field operations and maintenance of various databases regarding production and operations.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>• Responsible for well operations, gas lifted wells, ESP's, three phase separation, gas compression, control board operation, pipeline operation, minor maintenance of valve, pumps and rotating equipment and assisting the other operators and craft personnel in their duties.</p>\n<p>• Prepares for and performs maintenance, taking readings, doing rounds, issuing work permits, following procedures, initiating work requests, writing procedures, and interfacing with support groups.</p>\n<p>• Proactively monitors well and equipment performance, take appropriate action to maximize production.</p>\n<p>• Works with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data (corrosion, paraffin, soap injection, etc.)</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Entry level, 0-3 years of experience.</li>\n <li>Provides technical and/or administrative support.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates the ability to learn terminology, applications and standard procedures for performing the job function.</li>\n <li>Performs routine, basic office/field tasks using established procedures.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED required.  College Degree or Technical training preferred. </li>\n <li>Valid US Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record. </li>\n <li>Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, MVR, agility and fit for duty.</li>\n <li>Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending stooping is required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.</li>\n <li>Understanding of importance of environmental and safe work practices </li>\n <li>Must live within 45 miles of Kenedy, TX</li>\n</ul>",
