    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div data-pasted=\"true\"><p data-pasted=\"true\">The Clinical Services Program manager will manage a team of mental health clinicians and peer support specialists with the goal of improving overall family functioning of DCF involved families. The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring the case load and case notes and relationship management of the team, including coaching, mentoring and supervision of team members. The Program Manager is responsible for program contract management, budget, and reporting to the funding agency and programmatic oversight of community outreach and record keeping.</p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</u></strong></p><ul><li>Work in close collaboration with our Department of Children and Families (DCF) partners, as well as a network of community-based organizations.</li><li>Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences with the funding agency and other Catholic Charities clinical team members.</li><li>Hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff clinicians and peer support specialists.</li><li>Provide employees with weekly clinical supervision.</li><li>Review clinical documentation and ensure it meets Catholic Charities and funding agency requirements, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and session notes.</li><li>Provide case management and counseling services to clients as appropriate.</li><li>Meet regularly with the program team to discuss clinical and case management needs and provide organizational updates as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with Director of Clinical Services and Senior Director for Family Services regarding budget and contractual obligations.</li><li>Monitor work performance, provide feedback to employees and suggestions for improvement when necessary. Evaluate progress and goals throughout the year. Complete the annual performance appraisal for all direct report staff.</li><li>On-call clinician responsibilities as needed.</li><li>Responsible for the preparation and delivery of timely submission of reports to the funding agency.</li><li>Ensure accuracy of timecards with employee approval.</li><li>Work will be performed in an office as well as community settings as appropriate.</li><li>Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality as required by HIPAA.</li><li>Attendance at internal and external meetings and trainings.</li><li>Visit client families in their home when appropriate.</li><li>Local travel as needed to perform the functions of the position.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p><ul><li>A master&#39;s degree in social work, LICSW, LMHC, Ph.D, LADC-1 or degree in Human Services preferred with a minimum of 3-5 years relevant program experience.</li><li>Strong supervisory skills and at least 3 years of experience supervising in a human service environment.</li><li>Experience with substance addiction and knowledge of community resources.</li><li>Experience in home-based counseling and case management services.</li><li>Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations.</li><li>Knowledge of working with program budgets and contracts.</li><li>Experience working with the Department of Children and Families programming, assessment, service planning, and case review.</li><li>Experience working with an Electronic Health Records system preferred.</li><li>Effective communication and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.&nbsp;</li><li>Competent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and remote technology.</li><li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license and access to reliable transportation and insurance coverage.&nbsp;</li><li>Bilingual abilities preferred.</li><li>Some evening and weekend availability as needed for on-call work or evening groups.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p data-pasted=\"true\">Our benefits are competitive and include a 403(b) savings plan and generous time off (benefits may vary based on position and scheduled hours<strong>).</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><em>We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</em></p><p><em>The base pay range reflects what Catholic Charities reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. &nbsp;Actual compensation in this range may be determined based on other factors, including but not limited to work experience, education and specialty training.</em></p><p><em>Visit us at:&nbsp;</em><a href=\"http://www.ccab.org/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>www.ccab.org</em></a><em>.</em></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11px;\">12/2025</span></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
