The ideal candidate<br>must have deep expertise in Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI), modern frontend<br>technologies (React), and strong architectural skills experience with AI, ML and Agentic AI. This<br>role requires end-to-end ownership: architecting complex systems, leading engineering teams,<br>contributing to pre-sales, building technical solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of all IT<br>projects from conception to deployment.<br>This is a senior, client-facing, and leadership-focused role requiring both technical depth and<br>strategic decision-making.<br><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><br>● Architect complete enterprise-level systems, including backend, frontend, databases,<br>integrations, and cloud infrastructure.<br>● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ engineers across backend, frontend, QA, and<br>DevOps.<br>● Work proactively on pre-sales, including requirement analysis, solution design,<br>estimations, and client technical presentations.<br>● Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with<br>business objectives.<br>● Design and develop backend services using Python frameworks such as Django, DRF,<br>and FastAPI.<br>● Lead and guide frontend architecture using React and related frameworks.<br>● Conduct high-level and low-level architecture planning, including diagrams, workflows,<br>and documentation.<br>● Review code, enforce best engineering practices, and maintain clean, secure, scalable<br>solutions.<br>● Collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth, reliable delivery.<br>● Identify risks, bottlenecks, and architectural gaps, offering clear mitigation strategies.<br>● Drive DevOps practices such as CI/CD, versioning, automated testing, and monitoring.<br>● Ensure systems are designed with performance, security, and scalability in mind.<br><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span><br>● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br>● 10+ years of professional software development experience.<br>● 3 to 4+ years in technical leadership, architecture, or management of engineering teams.<br>● Strong hands-on expertise in Python and frameworks such as Django, DRF, and<br>FastAPI, AI, ML, Agentic AI (is a plus).<br>● Solid proficiency in frontend development using React and modern<br>JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.<br>● Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, REST APIs,<br>microservices, and event-driven designs.<br>● Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).<br>● Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).<br>● Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.<br>● Ability to balance deep technical execution with leadership and delivery responsibilities.<br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice-to-Have</span><br>● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.<br>● Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.<br>● Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br>● Experience with message brokers and asynchronous frameworks (RabbitMQ, Kafka,<br>Celery).<br>● Knowledge of AI/ML model integration, pipelines, or data engineering.<br>● Understanding of blockchain fundamentals or experience with smart contract<br>integrations.<br>● Experience working with compliance heavy environments (GDPR, NHS DSPT, DPIA<br>etc).<br>● Experience with system security, data governance, and compliance-driven architectures</p>",
