Possess a deep understanding of information assurance (IA) frameworks and hold the necessary technical certifications to manage privileged access environments and defend against evolving digital threats.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>System Security Oversight:</strong> Monitor, evaluate, and maintain the security posture of enterprise systems to ensure continuous operational availability.</li><li><strong>Compliance Management:</strong> Ensure all systems adhere to <strong>DoDM 8140.03</strong> standards and maintain the required IAT and IAM level benchmarks.</li><li><strong>Cyber Defense &amp; Incident Handling:</strong> Utilize advanced tools to detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents, ensuring rapid recovery and mitigation of vulnerabilities.</li><li><strong>Privileged Access Management:</strong> Manage and secure Computing Environments (CE) and Operating Systems (OS), ensuring all users with privileged access meet specific training and certification requirements.</li><li><strong>Documentation &amp; Auditing:</strong> Develop and maintain security documentation, including Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&amp;M) and System Security Plans (SSP).</li><li><strong>Technical Agility:</strong> Ability to pivot between management-level compliance oversight and technical cyber defense tactics.</li><li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> Meticulous approach to verifying certification currency and system compliance.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Ability to translate complex cybersecurity requirements into actionable steps for non-technical stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Travel may be required</strong></li></ul><p><br></p>",
