This position supports commercial kitchen operations by ensuring refrigeration systems and related equipment are operating efficiently and safely.</p><h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment including walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, prep tables, and related systems.</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance inspections and routine service.</li><li>Install and replace refrigeration components and equipment as required.</li><li>Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.</li><li>Test refrigeration systems, identify issues, and complete necessary repairs.</li><li>Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with EPA regulations, safety standards, and company policies.</li><li>Communicate professionally with customers regarding service findings and recommendations.</li><li>Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.</li><li>Participate in after-hours or on-call service rotation as required.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>EPA Certification required.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of commercial refrigeration service experience preferred.</li><li>Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with acceptable driving record.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively.</li></ul><h2>Physical Requirements</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Ability to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions.</li><li>Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods.</li></ul></div>\n",
