In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of our assisted living facility, ensuring smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and a warm, supportive environment for residents and staff alike.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a hands-on leader, you’ll guide and support your team, foster strong relationships with residents and their families, and collaborate with healthcare partners to ensure every resident receives the highest standard of care in a place they’re proud to call home.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, implement, and evaluate facility programs and operations.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.</li>\n <li>Develop and enforce written policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Oversee recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff.</li>\n <li>Foster interdepartmental teamwork and communication.</li>\n <li>Support resident engagement and well-being, including resident councils.</li>\n <li>Manage facility budgets, supplies, and maintenance.</li>\n <li>Respond to inspection findings by developing and implementing effective corrective action plans.</li>\n <li>Create a warm, welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.</li>\n <li>Maintain professional licensure and attend continuing education.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Arizona Assisted Living Manager Certification (Required).</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Minimum 3 years’ experience</strong> in a hospital, long-term care, or assisted living facility.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of HUD property management preferred.</li>\n <li>Passion for senior care, dignity, and resident-centered services.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Daily pay option available.</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.</li>\n <li>Paid time off and paid sick leave.</li>\n <li>403b company matched retirement plan.</li>\n <li>Career Growth Opportunities.</li>\n <li>The company provides a $15,000 life insurance payout, with the option to purchase additional coverage.</li>\n <li>Employee assistance program and much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Us:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Fellowship Square is a not-for-profit Christian Care Community providing over 40 years of affordable senior housing to our residents while promoting their quality of life and independence.</p>\n<p>We’re a mission-driven organization that values and supports our dedicated team.
