    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400\">\n <div>\n  <p>Position Summary</p>\n  <p>Metalsa is seeking a <strong>Facility Maintenance Technician</strong> with advanced HVAC expertise to support safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.
