Position Summary The Orlando Health Medical Group invites you to explore our Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine Physician opportunities with a thriving physician-led, professionally managed healthcare system in Florida! Physicians will be joining our team located at Orlando Health Sebastian River Hospital. The successful candidate must be Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine trained and Board Certified/Board Eligible. Role Requirements: Must have or must be able to obtain Florida Medical License 14 day shifts per month (week on, week off) covering the ICU and inpatient Pulmonary patients +2 years post graduate experience preferred but not required Not a J-1 Visa position Practice Highlights: Thriving physician-led, professionally managed healthcare system. Dynamic administration that fosters physician autonomy when it comes to clinical decision making and patient outcomes. Robust clinical and operational resources in a collaborative work environment. Financial Package : Excellent compensation package, opportunity to make more based-on quality performance. Generous starting bonus Full portfolio of benefits including health/vision/dental insurance along with malpractice coverage, disability coverage, deferred compensation, and matching retirement savings options from day 1! Annual CME stipend in addition to 5 days of paid time for CME attendance. Paid NICA, Florida License, Florida DEA, and a professional society membership.
