We’re hiring a Tech PM who speaks the language of engineers, thinks like a product owner, and knows how to keep projects moving forward. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning ideas into reality while collaborating closely with technical and business teams.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee project delivery from start to finish across teams such as engineering, product, design, QA, and business partners.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Convert product strategy and business needs into precise technical plans, schedules, and milestones.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Use your development background to identify technical challenges, interdependencies, and trade-offs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs, outline scope, and set priorities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead agile meetings (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and uphold best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor progress, handle risks, and proactively solve problems to keep everything on track.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate updates, risks, and results clearly to both technical and business audiences.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Promote ongoing improvement of processes, tools, and team collaboration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure technical solutions meet product goals and deliver customer value.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on software development experience using modern practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Background in product ownership or similar product-centric positions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects in agile or blended settings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong grasp of software lifecycles, APIs, architectures, and constraints.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Skilled at bridging technical details and business impacts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comfortable in fast-moving, dynamic environments.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe (certifications preferred).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understanding of cloud technologies, DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience working with remote or distributed teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Why This Role Matters</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Tech PM role is essential for turning innovative ideas into successful products.
