This will train on days for three months on a Monday - Friday schedule</strong></em></p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;<em><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></em>&nbsp;</p><p>- Participates in plant leadership activities and attends coordination and planning meetings, including those outside of regular shift hours.</p><p>- Plans and organizes work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet daily and long-term production goals.</p><p>- Enforces adherence to SOPs and leads training efforts to ensure team understanding of updates and procedural changes.</p><p>- Leads daily pass down meetings and ensures effective communication across shifts to support a cohesive team environment.</p><p>- Approves safe work permits for maintenance and contractors to ensure safe execution of non-routine tasks.</p><p>- Monitors operations, equipment, and automated systems to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe production; addresses process or mechanical issues as they arise.</p><p>- Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the entire production process to support troubleshooting and cross-functional support.</p><p>- Oversees material movement, inventory accuracy, and blend preparation to meet product and customer specifications.</p><p>- Reviews production data, meeting notes, and performance metrics to stay informed and aligned with operational priorities.</p><p>- Investigates safety incidents and maintains a proactive approach to creating a safe, compliant work environment.</p><p>- Maintains a visible floor presence and performs Operator responsibilities during production gaps or staffing shortages</p><p>- Addresses front-line issues related to production, personnel, or safety in a timely and professional manner.</p><p>- Supports customer complaint investigations and contributes to root cause analysis related to the Perfect Load Index (PLI).</p><p>- Monitors Operator performance, morale, and conduct; provides coaching, mentoring, and progressive discipline in line with company policy.</p><p>- Oversees onboarding and continuous training to ensure Operator development and procedural compliance.</p><p>- Demonstrates and promotes company values in daily leadership and team interactions.</p><p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p>",
