          "text": "<p>Primary focus:&#xa0; Responsible for managing all DOT product approvals.&#xa0; Secondary focus is to assist the field Product Engineering (PE) with jobsite support, mockups, contractor training, troubleshooting and inspections to ensure successful applications of Sika products and to provide thorough written reports documenting site visits.</p><ul><li>Support the Director, Product Engineering in all aspects of administration</li></ul><ul><li>Support the VP, Technical Services &amp; Product Engineering with special projects as required</li><li>Manage all product approvals (i.e. new product submissions; renewals/recertifications) [nationwide DOT’s and other agencies as required]</li><li>Job site visits as required</li><li>Work with local Representatives to manage site mockups as required</li><li>Determine best methods to support contractors on site using and installing our products</li><li>Troubleshoot and investigate reported problems in the field (during installation or after project completion) as required</li><li>Periodic inspections as needed (based on product type) to ensure proper installation</li><li>Participate in site meetings with the applicator, Sika Project Rep, the consultant, and others</li><li>Provide written reports with photographs documenting site visits (scope, agreed to actions, etc.)</li><li>Build an industry-leading training program to raise the quality of work completed in the field using our products</li><li>Train applicators to ensure proper and efficient installation of Sika products (i.e. Infrastructure business unit; Buildings &amp; Parking business unit; Energy &amp; Industrial business unit)</li><li>Contribute to programs that evaluate new products to improve our knowledge and understanding of their limitations and advantages to reduce risk ahead of product launch</li><li>Provide phone support to answer technical questions on the use of products</li><li>Participate in and lead Sika involvement with various industries such as AASHTO, ICRI, ACI, SWR Institute, and TRB</li><li>Review of new and revised literature for technical accuracy</li><li>Travel is required</li></ul>",
