    "description": "<h2>Opportunity</h2>\n<p>PeopleTec is currently seeking a<strong> Mid-Level Cloud Developer </strong>to support our <strong>Huntsville, AL</strong> location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Responsible for developing the cloud service delivery models and architectural framework to enable platform as a service (PaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), software as a service (SaaS), and data as a service (DaaS). </p></li>\n <li><p>Able to implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices. </p></li>\n <li><p>Able to analyze applications and make recommendations across multiple area that identify what platforms can move, migrate, and/or be deployed into a cloud environment. </p></li>\n <li><p>Capable of providing strategies for failure/recovery, cost optimization and benefit analyses of cloud, cloud agnostic, and on-site premise services. </p></li>\n <li><p>Responsible for developing and implementing cloud applications, migrating existing on-premises applications to the cloud, debugging cloud stacks, managing policies for the use of cloud services, requests for new technology, establishing a secure cloud environment, ensuring appropriate availability/uptime design. </p></li>\n <li><p>Works independently designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing cloud software.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u></u><strong><u>Required Skills/Experience</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years of experience</li>\n <li>Experience with Linux based environment administration</li>\n <li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li>\n <li>An active DoD <strong>Top Secret</strong> clearance <strong>with SCI eligibility</strong> is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active <strong>Top Secret</strong> clearance <strong>with SCI eligibility </strong>upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education Requirements</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>BS or BA Degree</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA)</li>\n <li>AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner</li>\n <li>AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Associate</li>\n <li>Experience integrating third-party components, the introduction of new custom capabilities, modification of existing code, process improvement recommendation, and automation of operations and maintenance tasks</li>\n <li>Experience with Splunk, Oracle/SQL based platforms, and python </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong><em>People First.
