We are currently looking for a Mine Closure Planner to join our Perth based team to support us during a fantastic period of growth.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>As a Mine Closure Planner you’ll:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Support advisory projects including closure risk assessments, closure governance frameworks, and rehabilitation strategies.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of closure documentation, including mine rehabilitation and closure plans, closure risk assessments, and cost estimates for a range of mining, oil and gas, and resource projects.</li><li>Get involved in small, medium and large closure studies nationally and internationally.</li><li>Prepare high quality reports, undertake data reviews and&nbsp;<span> </span>gap analyses</li><li>Work with technical specialists across WSP’s environmental, water, geotechnical and planning teams to integrate closure requirements into broader mine planning.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, innovations, and regulatory changes affecting mine closure.</li><li>Assist in stakeholder engagement processes related to closure and post-mining land use.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>2–5 years of relevant experience in mine planning, rehabilitation, closure, or environmental consulting.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
