If you are someone who has a high attention to detail, with strong organizational skills, and enjoys being highly productive in a rewarding environment, bring your warehousing talents to help us ship our world renowned premium guitars!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p>\n<p>The Warehouse Clerk assists Shipping/Receiving and Parts Distribution departments with shipping guitars, receiving supplies, stocking, inventory control, loading, and distributing throughout the factory and office areas.</p>\n<p><strong>Department: Logistics</strong></p>\n<p><strong>FLSA Status: Non-Exempt</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Job Status:  Full Time</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule: Monday - Friday</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Day Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Warehouse Clerk I Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.40</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Reasonable Accommodations Statement</strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<strong>Essential Functions Statement(s) </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists with keeping the parts distribution area organized, stocked and inventoried.</li>\n <li>Uses counting scales proficiently to measure hardware and other items.</li>\n <li>Fills and delivers “kits” for various production departments as necessary.</li>\n <li>Informs supervisor when supplies are getting low.</li>\n <li>Communicates with supervisor and Production department about raw material usage/needed changes.</li>\n <li>Follows correct procedure for shipping and receiving materials.</li>\n <li>Adequately labels boxes before putting them on shelves.</li>\n <li>Assists receiver when necessary, including unloading large trucks of product that sometimes weigh 30-50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Shrink wraps palletized material (guitars, supplies, etc.).</li>\n <li>Assists in loading trucks for shipping and Tecate Shop when necessary.</li>\n <li>Using forklift, unloads trucks and lifts items onto storage shelves.</li>\n <li>Operates pallet jacks.</li>\n <li>Operates lift for guitar order picking/put away.</li>\n <li>Performs inventory cycle counts: Guitars/Parts Distribution/Taylorware.</li>\n <li>Performs inventory receipts/transfers/adjustments as necessary.</li>\n <li>Performs data entry as necessary.</li>\n <li>Sweeps and empties trash as needed.</li>\n <li>Scans, cases, and boxes completed guitars from Final Assembly department.</li>\n <li>Assists in any and all other duties assigned.</li>\n <li>Participates in the Warehouse team 5S activities and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>COMPETENCIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Team Oriented</strong> – Ability to get along with others and to work well in a team environment.</li>\n <li><strong>Customer Focus</strong> - Knows who internal customers are. One-year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p>\n<p><strong>Certifications & Licenses: </strong>Ability to qualify to drive a company vehicle. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have a clean driving record for company insurance coverage.</p>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements: </strong>Ability to climb and descend a ladder with materials and pulling, pushing, or lifting up to 45 lbs.</p>",
