    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Sr. Software Engineer is an integral part of our engineering team, responsible for design, implementation, testing and maintaining innovative software products. The successful candidate must be able to quickly learn the existing systems and components, actively participate in expanding the current systems with new components, as well as develop new components. Successful candidate must have strong Java knowledge, experience working with server-side web application software for functionality across multiple browser platforms.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in defining product level architecture and be responsible for designing component level architecture.</li>\n <li>Take ownership of features and components.</li>\n <li>Perform code and design reviews.</li>\n <li>Perform hands-on development and maintenance of software applications/components.</li>\n <li>Maintain and support current systems and ongoing programs.</li>\n <li>Write unit-tests as well as integration tests.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.</li>\n <li>5+ years of hands-on coding experience in Java; preferably through several complete development cycles from specifications to software delivery.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of Java 17.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge and hands on experience on Spring Framework.</li>\n <li>Experience in multi-threading programming, distributed systems, developing highly performant and scalable applications.</li>\n <li>Experience diagnosing and fixing memory and resource bottlenecks.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge and hands on experience with any RDBMS and/or NoSQL DB.</li>\n <li>Good understanding of OAuth 2.0 authentication flows.</li>\n <li>Good Knowledge of various design and architectural patterns.</li>\n <li>Experience with JMS, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Kafka is a plus.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of AWS or any cloud-based platform is an added advantage.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of CI/CD is a plus.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and moder </li>\n <li>Able to learn quickly and effectively apply new knowledge, demonstrating the desire to stay in touch with emerging technologies.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability and attention to details.</li>\n <li>Experience with Agile Development & Continuous Integration.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li>\n</ul>",
