font-size: 10pt\">Organize designer workflows, project timelines, and design standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide training and development plans for all team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
