      "content": "\n<li>Complete assignments in a timely fashion with little supervision; ask for additional information&nbsp;when tasks or assignments are unclear and supports the daily plan.</li>\n<li>Understands the tank building process and can identify the next tasks to be completed in the&nbsp;process.</li>\n<li>Assists in checking grade and subgrade elevations using level or transit.</li>\n<li>Assists with the shoring erection, bracing, dismantling, and load out of shoring materials.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Assists with assembling pipe and fabrication of forms for pipe pits.</li>\n<li>Loads out the tank including braces, shoring, etc.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Trains apprentices.</li>\n<li>Assists with shoring installation.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Responsible for continuous site cleanup and organization.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Follows safety procedures and understands DN Tanks safety policies.</li>\n<li>Participates in the review of the task hazard analysis (THA).</li>\n<li>Identifies safety hazards and participates in the Award of Excellence (AOE) Program.</li>\n<li>Promotes clean, safe work practices by watching over other employees while performing work.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Follows quality control (QC) program, understands construction tolerances, and reports any&nbsp;quality defects immediately.</li>\n<li>Maintains all certifications in compliance with DN Tanks Safety &amp; Equipment Programs.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Establishes and executes DN University training goals with assistance from the Field Operations&nbsp;Manager.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Plans safety into each operation and identifies or removes hazards immediately as part of the&nbsp;task without being asked.&nbsp;</li>\n"
