We believe that AI, particularly Generative AI, will empower and transform how Enterprise sales and marketing organizations operate and interact with customers. Seismic Aura, our leading AI engine, is powering this change in the sales enablement space and is being infused across the Seismic enablement cloud. Our focus is to leverage AI across the Seismic platform to make our customers more productive and efficient in their day-to-day tasks, and to drive more successful sales outcomes. </p>\n<h2>Who you are:</h2>\n<p><strong>Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>4 to 11 years of experience in software engineering, with experience contributing to frontend or UI-focused web applications. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Technical Expertise: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience building user interfaces using React, including functional components, hooks, and state management patterns. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-stack experience (C#, Node.js, Python) a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with TypeScript, including writing strongly typed components and APIs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with modern CSS techniques such as CSS Modules, styled-components, Tailwind, or similar approaches. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience integrating frontend applications with REST or GraphQL APIs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Working knowledge of automated frontend testing practices (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience using Git for source control and collaborating through pull requests. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and modern frontend pipelines, including GitHub Actions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exposure to frontend performance optimization techniques (code splitting, lazy loading, memoization). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices is a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exposure to design systems or component libraries is a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Cloud Expertise: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic familiarity with cloud-native services for data storage, compute, and monitoring. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience deploying or supporting containerized applications in Kubernetes is a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Good to have: Search/retrieval/AI: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interest or exposure to search or information retrieval systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>RAG/generative AI, conversational AI, agents, LLMs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with search platforms such as Elasticsearch, Apache Solr, or similar is a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic understanding of text processing, semantic search, or AI-driven features is beneficial. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SaaS Knowledge:</strong> Experience working on SaaS applications or cloud-hosted services. Understanding of standard concepts related to modern distributed systems and cloud operations. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Product Development: </strong>Experience collaborating with product management and design to implement well-defined requirements. Ability to translate clear business and technical requirements into working software. Contribute to feature development within a defined scope. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different regions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Willingness to collaborate with the China team and participate in cross-timezone work as needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Scrum and JIRA experience a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Fast-paced Environment: </strong>Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company. </p>\n<h2>What you'll be doing:</h2>\n<p><strong>As a Software Engineer </strong>for our <strong>Search </strong>team, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of backend systems that power our web application, including search, content discovery, and AI capabilities.
