Description

Role: This position will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of business systems and applications within the organization. This role involves analyzing business needs, configuring systems solutions, and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally to support business operations and objectives. Work Type: Full-time, on-site at our Westminster Administrative office in St. Paul, MN Major Duties and Responsibilities System Administration: Ensure the continuous operation and optimization of business systems including software updates, patches and troubleshooting issues Administer user accounts, permissions, and roles withing business systems. Regularly monitor system performance and address any issues to minimize downtime. Systems Analysis Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather requirements for system enhancements and new implementations. Analyze business needs and design system solutions to meet those requirements. Identify opportunities to improve business processes through system enhancements and automation. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides. Execute test plans to ensure that system changes meet business requirements and do not disrupt existing functionality. Support Deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient with business systems and processes Provide tier 2/3 support for system related issues Work with vendors and IT staff as necessary Investigate troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner. Other Duties Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control Exhibit Blaze’s Core Value’s: Better Lives, Thoughtfully Compassionate, Minnesota’s Best, and Give Back Regular and predictable attendance Perform other duties as assigned to support effective department operation
