CQA Roof Observer

GENERAL PURPOSE To effectively apply MANTIS methodology in the facility (roof, walls, pavement, and energy) inspection process for Facility Management Solutions projects and to provide quality assurance observation on projects as needed. The primary duty will surround Quality Assurance Observation, but other duties may include roof surveys, pavement surveys, and building envelope surveys. ***PAY RANGE: $30-$42 an hour (depending on experience), plus Per Diem (as dictated by each state/county worked in)*** What sets MANTIS apart as a place to grow, contribute, and enjoy professional satisfaction?
