The Facility Manager&rsquo;s functions shall include, but not be limited to:</span><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Managing the day-to-day operations of the Group Home</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">In&nbsp;collaboration&nbsp;with the&nbsp;Program Director&nbsp;and&nbsp;Director of&nbsp;Residential Treatment, train, support&nbsp;and&nbsp;guide the&nbsp;direct care staff to ensure appropriate care and supervision&nbsp;is provided to youth and&nbsp;non-minor dependents&nbsp;in accordance&nbsp;with applicable law, licensing&nbsp;regulations, and facility policies</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Apply&nbsp;the&nbsp;&ldquo;Reasonable&nbsp;and&nbsp;Prudent Parenting Standard&rdquo; to&nbsp;decisions involving the participation of&nbsp;a&nbsp;resident in&nbsp;age or&nbsp;developmentally appropriate activities&nbsp;in accordance&nbsp;with&nbsp;rules, laws and&nbsp;policies and procedures when present</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ensure direct care staff are&nbsp;in&nbsp;compliance with&nbsp;all&nbsp;Project Six&rsquo; policies&nbsp;and procedures at all times&nbsp;and provide direct supervision&nbsp;of&nbsp;all staff in&nbsp;addition to Program Director</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Supervise residents as assigned</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Oversee the&nbsp;required&nbsp;planned&nbsp;activities&nbsp;for youth/NMD.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Report to the&nbsp;Program Director&nbsp;and make recommendations for continuous quality&nbsp;improvements</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Maintain a&nbsp;safe,&nbsp;clean&nbsp;and therapeutic environment</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Dispense medication per Project Six&rsquo;s policies and procedures</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ensure that meal preparation and other limited housekeeping duties, including assisting clients with laundry has been completed</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ability to be certified and apply Hands on management techniques according to Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training Program (CPI)guidelines and/or follow client who is experiencing significant behavioral problems or has become Absent Without Leave (AWOL) from the facility</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Attend and participate in all required meetings and in-service training sessions in order to develop and maintain skills. Secure First Aid and CPR certification in a timely manner.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Submit reports and documentation in a timely manner.
