    "description": "<p>We are seeking an experienced and motivated MPS Engineer to support our customers across a broad range of technologies, including office and production print, digital display screens, retail print systems, and water cooler units.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You’ll be a key point of contact on site, responding to service calls, carrying out planned maintenance, and ensuring equipment performs reliably in busy, customer-facing environments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The successful candidate will consistently deliver the highest levels of technical quality and customer satisfaction, working to agreed SLAs and keeping stakeholders informed from first visit through to resolution.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You’ll combine strong hands-on engineering capability with excellent organisation and a calm, solutions-focused approach, knowing when to troubleshoot independently and when to collaborate with our technical support team to resolve complex issues quickly and professionally.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your responsibilities as a MPS Field Engineer will be:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range digital workspace technologies (mechanical, electrical, and network-related)</li>\n<li>Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and preventative checks</li>\n<li>Manage service calls efficiently, meeting SLAs and customer expectations</li>\n<li>Provide basic network support (IP configuration, scan-to-email, print drivers)</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate service records and documentation</li>\n<li>Manage van stock and ensure availability of spare parts</li>\n<li>Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times</li>\n<li>Support equipment refurbishments where required</li>\n<li>Liaise with the technical support team and escalate complex issues</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as an MPS Field Engineer.</li>\n<li>Manufacturer trained and accredited on tier one office, production, printing technologies.</li>\n<li>Experience of working with document scanners and associated solutions.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of leading brands (e.g. Canon, HP, Lexmark, Sharp).</li>\n<li>Strong IT / networking knowledge including Microsoft technologies such as drivers, print servers, and connectivity.</li>\n<li>Experience of working with digital display screens, media players, and audio-visual technology.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage workloads, handle pressure.</li>\n<li>Full, clean UK driving licence.</li>\n<li>Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong customer-first mindset.</li>\n<li>Calm under pressure and solution focused.</li>\n<li>Professional, reliable, and committed to high-quality service delivery.</li>\n<li>Passionate about developing others and improving team and business performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About us</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>We’re Commercial – a purpose-driven, people-first organisation that’s on an exciting journey to reach a £100m annual turnover and beyond.
