They provide administrative support by </span><span>maintaining</span><span> CRM data, </span><span>initiating</span><span> contracts for </span><span>processing,</span><span> and scheduling meetings between stakeholders. </span><span>They coordinate with researchers to package our offerings</span><span> and</span><span> engage with operations to collect </span><span>pricing and write proposals. </span><span>The Account Manager is a member of HIT’s Go-To-Market unit, working with our </span><span>executive and </span><span>marketing and communications te</span><span>am</span><span>s</span><span> to</span><span> align HIT’s products and services with</span><span> ideal clients. </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>The Account Manager will learn about our research, engage with prospects in our pipeline and close deals to meet our monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals</span><span>. </span></span><span><span>The</span><span>y</span><span> will expand HIT’s existing portfolio where our </span><span>e</span><span>xpertise</span><span> </span><span>intersects with the needs and demands of public and private sector organizations. This includes advocacy, civic, political, government, and corporate organizations. </span><span>The Account Manager also manages relationships with active clients. </span></span><span><span>This is a full-time exempt position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer</span><span>. </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Successful candidates will have experience developing and managing sales pipelines with inbound and outbound sales, negotiating, and closing deals against monthly and quarterly goals. They have experience pitching research projects to social impact organizations and </span><span>polling to</span><span> political organizations, including distilling the value of research on strategy, </span><span>planning</span><span>,</span><span> and engagement. This role regularly engages executives, program directors, campaign managers, and other decision makers.
